Service Description<\/h3>\r\n    <p>The Service includes:<\/p>\r\n    <ul>\r\n        <li><strong>Creating a personalized meal plan<\/strong> based on data you provide (age, weight, height, health status, dietary preferences, goals, physical activity level)<\/li>\r\n        <li><strong>Preparing documentation in PDF format<\/strong> containing a detailed meal plan tailored to your needs<\/li>\r\n        <li><strong>Delivery of the plan via email<\/strong> to the address you specify when ordering<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n    <h3>2.2. What You Get<\/h3>\r\n    <p>After successful payment, you will receive via email:<\/p>\r\n    <ul>\r\n        <li>Personalized meal plan in PDF format<\/li>\r\n        <li>Detailed meal schedule<\/li>\r\n        <li>Nutritional values<\/li>\r\n        <li>Recommendations and guidelines for implementing the plan<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n    <div class=\"info-box\">\r\n        <p><strong>Delivery format:<\/strong> PDF document(s)<br>\r\n        <strong>Technical requirements:<\/strong> You need a PDF reader to view the document (freely available for all devices)<\/p>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <h2>3. Prices and Payment Method<\/h2>\r\n    \r\n    <h3>4.1. Time of Charging<\/h3>\r\n    <p>Charging is done <strong>immediately upon payment<\/strong> (SMS\/Immediate transaction). Currency and Payment Method<\/h3>\r\n    <p>All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia \u2013 dinar (RSD). For informative display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount that will be charged to your payment card will be expressed in your local currency through conversion at the exchange rate used by card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference between the original price stated on our website and the one you can see on your payment card statement.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h2>5. Delivery Time<\/h3>\r\n    <p>Your personalized meal plan will be delivered via email <strong>within 24 hours<\/strong> from the moment of successful payment.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <div class=\"info-box\">\r\n        <p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Timeframes are calculated in <strong>business hours<\/strong> (Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00). Orders paid on weekends or holidays will be delivered on the first following business day.<\/p>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <h3>5.2. Delivery Method<\/h3>\r\n    <ul>\r\n        <li>The meal plan will be sent to the <strong>email address<\/strong> you specified when ordering<\/li>\r\n        <li>Document(s) will be in <strong>PDF format<\/strong><\/li>\r\n        <li>Email will contain order confirmation and all relevant information<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n    <h3>5.3. Problem Receiving Service<\/h3>\r\n    <p>If you haven't received the meal plan within 24 hours:<\/p>\r\n    <ol>\r\n        <li><strong>Check spam\/junk folder<\/strong> in your email program<\/li>\r\n        <li><strong>Check if you entered correct email address<\/strong> when ordering<\/li>\r\n        <li><strong>Contact us immediately<\/strong> at <a href=\"mailto:office@nutrifit.guru\">office@nutrifit.guru<\/a> to resolve the problem<\/li>\r\n    <\/ol>\r\n\r\n    <div class=\"warning\">\r\n        <p><strong>Important:<\/strong> We are not responsible for delivery delays due to:<\/p>\r\n        <ul>\r\n            <li>Technical problems with your email provider<\/li>\r\n            <li>Incorrectly entered email address<\/li>\r\n            <li>Spam filter blocking our message<\/li>\r\n        <\/ul>\r\n        <p>In any case, contact us and we will resolve the problem!<\/p>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <h2>6. Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\r\n    \r\n    <h3>6.1. Legal Right (14 Days)<\/h3>\r\n    <p>In accordance with the <strong>Consumer Protection Act<\/strong>, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract <strong>within 14 days<\/strong> from the date of concluding the contract, without stating reasons and without additional costs.<\/p>\r\n    <p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">&gt;&gt;&gt; <a href=\"https:\/\/nutrifit.guru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/nutrifit_contract_termination_form.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">UNILATERAL CONTRACT TERMINATION FORM<\/a> &lt;&lt;&lt;<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h3>6.2. Loss of Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content<\/h3>\r\n    <p>However, in accordance with <strong>Article 30, paragraph 1, point 13 of the Consumer Protection Act<\/strong>, the right of withdrawal <strong>does not exist<\/strong> in the case of:<\/p>\r\n    \r\n    <div class=\"important\">\r\n        <p><strong>\"Delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a permanent data carrier if delivery has begun with prior express consent of the consumer and with his confirmation of knowledge that he will thereby lose the right of withdrawal.\"<\/strong><\/p>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <p>This means:<\/p>\r\n    <ul>\r\n        <li>When ordering a meal plan, you <strong>give express consent<\/strong> for urgent delivery of digital content<\/li>\r\n        <li>You <strong>confirm<\/strong> that you are aware of loss of right of withdrawal<\/li>\r\n        <li>After the meal plan is <strong>delivered via email<\/strong>, you no longer have the right of withdrawal<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n    <h3>6.3. Withdrawal BEFORE Delivery<\/h3>\r\n    <p>You can withdraw from the order <strong>before the meal plan is delivered to you<\/strong>:<\/p>\r\n    <ul>\r\n        <li>Contact us at <a href=\"mailto:office@nutrifit.guru\">office@nutrifit.guru<\/a> as soon as possible<\/li>\r\n        <li>State the order number (OID) and reason for withdrawal<\/li>\r\n        <li>Refund will be made within 14 days<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n    <div class=\"success-box\">\r\n        <p><strong>Note:<\/strong> If you withdraw <strong>before<\/strong> receiving the meal plan, you will be entitled to a <strong>full refund of paid amount<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <h2>7. Complaints and Refunds<\/h2>\r\n    \r\n    <h3>7.1. Grounds for Complaint<\/h3>\r\n    <p>You can file a complaint only in the following cases:<\/p>\r\n    <ul>\r\n        <li><strong>Meal plan not delivered<\/strong> within 24 hours (if the problem is on our side)<\/li>\r\n        <li><strong>Technical problems<\/strong> with downloading or opening PDF document<\/li>\r\n        <li><strong>Obvious errors in content<\/strong> (e.g., incorrect calorie calculations, missing plan parts)<\/li>\r\n        <li><strong>Plan doesn't match entered data<\/strong> you specified in questionnaire<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n    <h3>7.2. What is NOT Grounds for Complaint<\/h3>\r\n    <div class=\"warning\">\r\n        <p>You cannot complain about the service due to:<\/p>\r\n        <ul>\r\n            <li>Subjective dissatisfaction with recommended food taste<\/li>\r\n            <li>Change of mind after receipt<\/li>\r\n            <li>Insufficient results (weight loss\/gain)<\/li>\r\n            <li>Personal health problems that occur during plan implementation (you must consult with a doctor)<\/li>\r\n        <\/ul>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <h3>7.3. Complaint Procedure<\/h3>\r\n    <ol>\r\n        <li>Contact us at <strong><a href=\"mailto:office@nutrifit.guru\">office@nutrifit.guru<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\r\n        <li>In the message state:\r\n            <ul>\r\n                <li>Order number (OID)<\/li>\r\n                <li>Detailed problem description<\/li>\r\n                <li>Evidence (screenshot, messages, etc.)<\/li>\r\n            <\/ul>\r\n        <\/li>\r\n        <li>File complaint no later than <strong>7 days<\/strong> from receiving meal plan<\/li>\r\n    <\/ol>\r\n\r\n    <h3>7.4. Complaint Response Time<\/h3>\r\n    <p>We will respond to your complaint within <strong>48 hours<\/strong> and propose a solution:<\/p>\r\n    <ul>\r\n        <li>Plan correction<\/li>\r\n        <li>New plan creation (if error is ours)<\/li>\r\n        <li>Refund (in justified cases)<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n    <p>Final response and complaint resolution within <strong>15 days<\/strong> from receipt of complaint.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h3>7.5. Refunds<\/h3>\r\n    <p>Refund is possible ONLY in the following cases:<\/p>\r\n    <ul>\r\n        <li>You withdrew <strong>before delivery<\/strong> of meal plan<\/li>\r\n        <li>Plan <strong>not delivered within 24 hours<\/strong> due to problem on our side<\/li>\r\n        <li>Plan contains <strong>obvious errors<\/strong> we cannot correct<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n    <div class=\"important\">\r\n        <p><strong>MANDATORY - Refund Method:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n        <p>In accordance with OTP Bank Serbia requirements, in case of refund, refund is made <strong>exclusively via payment cards<\/strong> (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Dinacard), to the payment card account from which payment was made, by reversing the original transaction.<\/p>\r\n        <p><strong>Refund timeframe:<\/strong> 14 days from acceptance of refund request<\/p>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <h2>8. Our Liability<\/h3>\r\n    <p>We guarantee that:<\/p>\r\n    <ul>\r\n        <li>Meal plan will be created by a <strong>certified nutritionist<\/strong><\/li>\r\n        <li>Plan will be <strong>personalized<\/strong> based on data you provided<\/li>\r\n        <li>Plan will be <strong>delivered within 24 hours<\/strong><\/li>\r\n        <li>All information in the plan is based on <strong>current scientific knowledge<\/strong> in nutrition<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n    <h3>8.2. Limitation of Liability<\/h3>\r\n    \r\n    <div class=\"important\">\r\n        <p><strong>\u26a0\ufe0f IMPORTANT - Medical Statement:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n        <p>The meal plan we create is <strong>NOT a substitute for medical advice<\/strong> from your doctor. Before implementing any meal plan, especially if you have health problems (diabetes, heart disease, thyroid disorders, allergies, etc.), <strong>YOU MUST CONSULT WITH YOUR DOCTOR<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <p>We are not responsible for:<\/p>\r\n    <ul>\r\n        <li><strong>Health complications<\/strong> that occur during or after implementing meal plan<\/li>\r\n        <li><strong>Lack of results<\/strong> (weight loss\/gain) - results depend on many factors (genetics, plan adherence, physical activity, metabolism, etc.)<\/li>\r\n        <li><strong>Allergic reactions<\/strong> to foods you didn't mention in questionnaire<\/li>\r\n        <li><strong>Worsening of existing health conditions<\/strong> if you didn't consult your doctor<\/li>\r\n        <li><strong>Technical problems<\/strong> with your devices or email service preventing receipt or opening of PDF<\/li>\r\n        <li><strong>Incorrect information<\/strong> you provided when filling out questionnaire<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n    <h3>8.3. Your Responsibility<\/h3>\r\n    <p>You are responsible for:<\/p>\r\n    <ul>\r\n        <li><strong>Accuracy of data<\/strong> you enter in questionnaire<\/li>\r\n        <li><strong>Mentioning all allergies and intolerances<\/strong><\/li>\r\n        <li><strong>Consulting with doctor<\/strong> before starting plan implementation<\/li>\r\n        <li><strong>Proper plan implementation<\/strong><\/li>\r\n        <li><strong>Listening to your body's signals<\/strong> - if you feel any discomfort, stop implementing plan and contact doctor<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n    <h2>9. Intellectual Property and Sharing Prohibition<\/h2>\r\n    \r\n    <h3>9.1. Copyright<\/h3>\r\n    <p>All personalized meal plans we create are <strong>our copyrighted work<\/strong> and protected by Copyright and Related Rights Act.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h3>9.2. Personal Use<\/h3>\r\n    <p>The meal plan you receive is intended <strong>exclusively for your personal use<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <div class=\"important\">\r\n        <p><strong>STRICTLY PROHIBITED:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n        <ul>\r\n            <li>Sharing plan with other people<\/li>\r\n            <li>Publishing plan on internet or social networks<\/li>\r\n            <li>Selling or commercial use of plan<\/li>\r\n            <li>Copying and distributing plan in any form<\/li>\r\n        <\/ul>\r\n        <p>Violation of these provisions constitutes copyright infringement and is subject to legal sanctions.<\/p>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <h3>9.3. Exception<\/h3>\r\n    <p>You may share the plan with <strong>your doctor or nutritionist<\/strong> for consultation purposes about your health and nutrition.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h2>10. Data Protection<\/h2>\r\n    \r\n    <p>Protecting your personal data is our priority.
